The routing system for the standard installation. Designed to work with select Makita trim routers or the router of your choice.
This routing system is for people with the legacy router bit who don't need a replacement base and trim spacer. It works with any router that supports a 1/4" shank router bit. DOES NOT INCLUDE A ROUTER BIT.
The router jig is the main component of the routing system. Includes optional anchoring tape tabs.
The trim spacer is used with the router jig and router to remove excess dam material.
Router bit - 1/4" shaft x 3/8" diameter x 3/4" cutting depth, with 1/2" bearing and lock collar. This bit can be used with any router that does not use our replacement bases, as it uses the bearing as a guide.
This is a simple replacement base for the Makita trim routers. It adds additional width for improved stability and safety. Will also be available for select alternate trim router hole patterns
The layout guide fits inside the router jig, allowing for accurate positioning of the jig on the shaper's mark.
